RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made online and in-store at Deli Fresco.

1. Change of Mind

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind.

This includes:

  • fresh food
  • chilled or frozen goods
  • made-to-order items
  • incorrect purchases

2. Faulty or Incorrect Products

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law if goods are:

  • unsafe
  • faulty
  • significantly different from their description
  • not fit for purpose

Minor issues may be remedied by replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Timeframe to Report Issues

Issues must be reported:

  • within 2 hours window from time of delivery of goods to report any Issues.
  • with photos where applicable

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in refusal of a refund or replacement.

4. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
  • unattended deliveries
  • spoilage after delivery has occurred
  • If no one is home to receive the order the courier may leave the order in a safe place if deemed appropriate.
  • We use reliable careers who will deliver the product to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic.
  • Due to fresh nature of product it cannot be carried back to store and Deli Fresco is not responsible for the product once left in safe place.

5. In-Store Purchases

Refunds or remedies for in-store purchases must be returned to the original store with proof of purchase.

6. Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
