Ordering online
Please add any Notes / Allergy & Dietary Requirements at the basket stage, agree to our Terms & Conditions, add your delivery date & address, then checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (please check your junk if it doesn’t appear). Make sure all details are correct — especially the products, date, delivery address, & allergy/dietary requirements — & contact (deli fresco email?) if you have any questions.
Yes- We offer Gift cards (which they can click to take to them directly to the gift card purchase)
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
How to Enjoy your order
Upon arrival, please handle all products with extreme care, keeping them perfectly flat.
Refrigerate items that require chilling.
Your platter is beautifully arranged on its wooden board, so you can simply remove it from the box to serve.
Cheese & charcuterie products should be stored cold, but not eaten cold. Remove them from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavour (the cold temperature can inhibit the flavour profile).
