A magnificent masterpiece of Italian heritage created by a very skilled pastry making company. The inner dough is extremely soft and elastic with a bright yellow colour. Corsini makes this Panettone using only sourdough and carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. Between kneading sessions, the dough is allowed to rise for at least two days.
