A popular British, semi-soft cheese that combines the traditional, mild, and flaky texture of Yorkshire Wensleydale with the sweet, tart burst of dried cranberries.

Traditionally known as a “Dessert cheese” this is a must have on any antpasto or cheese board. Best served at room temperature to allow its creamy, crumbly texture to shine.
